If its a B/M youll be good to go... What model did you get?
The point of the heat exchanger (shouldnt be calle da cooler) is to heat the fluid up to 176F as fast as possible and then keep it there.. however there is not enough volume of the cooler to make this work, since the coolers just run on the end tanks.. Thats why its best to just bypass it, plus the stock coolers are konwn for clogging... Theres a TSB about this.
