Hey peeeps,

This winter i upgraded my clutch to stage 4 so later on i can boost my KA24de. My slave bleeder was rusted to i replaced it with a new one from dealer. I bled the system but for some reason the pedal still feels the same, so i thought it was bled properly.I started the car but it wont get into gear but it will go into gear whens its off. When i leave it in gear to start the car but my battery doesn't have enough to get it going and ended up filling the cylinder with fuel so i stopped cranking and took the plugs out so it can dry up.

I've replaced clutch pivot ball, Slave( i accidentally pushed the pedal went i didn't install the slave and the pin shot out but i put it back in) will that be problem? Master cylinder doesn't leak- Checked inside the car near pedal. Fork can only be moved by slave not by hand .

Any one got any ideas? insurance is back on the car and i really need it rolling. Any input is appreciated.

Excuse my spelling as i wrote this just before i left to work.

I'd have someone take a look at the slave cylinder as you push the clutch pedal to make sure it's moving as much as it should.
If it isn't, bleed it again.

Did you remove the clutch dampener box yet? Having that there makes it a pain to bleed properly...

if i remove the slave wont the pin come out again? I bled the system like 4 times or so but every time i did it i just get straight flow of liquid no air seems to come out.I have the car about 3 feet in the air when i did it.

Doesnt have clutch dampener? Car was Auto before but converter to manual years back.

Why is the rod falling out of the slave? I'd replace that, bleed and adjust the clutch rod. If nothing pull the trans and make sure your clutch is facing the right way.

Possible bad PP as well, if pedal/slave is good.

Pressure plate has about 500miles

OutToWinPAHC- Rod fell out cause i didn't put it against the fork and pressed the pedal. Its brand new unit. Btw how do you adjust the rod? i think that might fix the solution and im gonna give gravity bleed a try. Clutch was installed the right way to. Flat side against flywheel

That shouldn't happen.
If it does, I'd replace the slave cylinder.

What i meant is if i put pressure while there no force at the end of the rod wont it shot out. I'm gonna adjust my pedal freeplay tomorrow and bleed it.

EDIT- Found how to adjust pedal. Gonna get new master and slave and bench bleed it then install it in the car
