Simple question here. Searched and can't find anything. What are the wires/plugs for that are coming out of the transmission? I heard one is a speed sensor, but what are the other ones for? I had an auto to manual swap done in japan, and one of the plugscoming out of the transmission is cut, and theres just wires exposed and they arnt connected to anything. Wondering what the wires are for..

Here are the wires on the manual transmission, will try to find fsm pic of the auto transmission.
