Car: 2006 nissan altima sl

i am having trouble finding a performance transmission, or parts to rebuild mine a little better than stock..2.5sl automatic...the factory transmission is done, and i figure no better time to upgrade, but performance upgrades for this car seem very limited, or a well kept secret...any suggestions?/

Not real sure on the 2006 but since the Altima isn't really a sport car in any year, you're not going to find much in the way of upgrades.
