Car: 2004 Nissan Altima (2.5) 4 Cyl.

I have 2004 Nissan Altima and when driving it won't shift past second gear.No obvious problems with the transmission like stalling,jerking,noices other than the sound it makes in second gear when I accelarate over 40mph.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be relay for transmission. transmission shop will fix wether cheap or expensive i dont know
