I know this is going to sound so stupid. I have been up for almost two days straight getting my q together so I'm a bit tired and burnt. Is the transmission fill location at the dip stick or is it one on the side of the transmission that I just pump the fluid into. Sorry, I should know this.

Also, on the fire wall side of the motor does anyone have a few pics of the coolant and vacuum lines? I have one that I'm not positive about. I am so close to done and had so many issues with this car.

Did your car come with a owners manual?

If so its in there. But basically there are two dip sticks one for the oil and one for the transmission. The one closest to the firewall is for the transmission.

nope no manual. and yes I do know where the dip stick is for both. My question is, do I fill the transmission fluid thru there or is there a plug on the side of the transmission that I use to pump in the fluid.

Fill it through the dip stick tube.

before you try and make a mess everywhere, you'll need to go to the parts store and get a funnel with a long skinny neck... long-pouring trans fluid is never a successful plan.

Also study the cost and economic solutions to transmission replacement which can easily exceed $3,000.

Watch out for slam bam thank you, low quality half way National Chain and local shop rebuilds. They may seem economical at $1800-$2200 but they skip half the things that Nissan-JATCO's Tennessee rebuild facility does like a new valve body, hardparts, and torque convertor. Even though both have a 12/12 warranty most Nissan rebuilds last 7-10 years!
