Transmission/Synchros

OK, So I got my car back together after the winter sleep and upgrades. One of the few upgrades that got done was an OBX short shifter. So anyways its been a week since I brought the car out from its nap, and then last night the transmission wouldn’t let me shift into reverse, but then later last night it did and then today it wouldn’t let me and then it would, hit and miss. The other thing is that I was in 5th and went to down shift to turn off the road I was on and it wouldn’t let me put it in any gear other then 5th.

Then when I drained a little transmission oil out tonight, it was full of brass shavings and was a very dark green/brown with a gold metallic flake (my synchros).

So is my transmission blown? and what should I do?
