Transmission Swat AT to MT

how big of a job is it has anyone done it and how much will it cost. i want to put a turbo on my car soo bad but its a automatic and pretty sure it wont be able to handle a turbo so i was thinking replacing the heads wiht a 3.5 nd swapping the transmission any suggestions
