Transmission swap

I have a 95 J30 with a bad transmission. Overdrive clutch seems to be bad and will not go into 4th slips in and out of 3rd. Does anyone know if a Maxima transmission will fit?

Doubt it.But a N/a ZX300 has the same drive train as the J.

The Jatco RE4R01A Transmission on the J30 was used in the Nissan 300zx and Nissan Pathfinder/Infiniti QX4 of the same era.
