Transmission Swap - Speed capped out

Hi,

I just got my 89 SOHC hatchback 240sx converted to manual.I'm maxing out on 15 mph on 1st gear and 25 mph on 2nd gear and the rpms at 3 k or so for both gears when it tops out,

When pulling the A/T shifter, i'm not sure but the OD might be on, would that be the problem that it is causing the speed limiters? Also this car had cruise control but it was not wired, would the Automatic Speed Control Device be the problem???

My OD light is broken so i cant tell if its blinkin or not.I also have a very jerky and boggy at 2nd gear light to medium throttle..... (when i'm IN that gear already).

ahhh anyone plz helpIts a bit jerky at 1st, and 2nd gear...its boggy acceleration and also when i let it cruise.I do have a fidanza light flywheel and exedy oem clutch kit
