transmission stuck?

I was driving down the road yesterday in my 95 w/KA w/130K miles. I upshifted 2-3 fine, then 3-4 fine, but when after i pushed the clutch in and took it out of fourth, it would not go into fifth. then it wouldn't go back into 4th. and not it will not go into any gear. the shifter just sits in neutral and i can't move it.

any suggestions?

Do you hear/feel the gears grinding if you push hard enough on the stick? Is there any difference if you match revs?

no matter how hard i push on the stick it won't budge at all. rev matchin doesn't do anything different.
