Transmission slips in reverse m35

I have a 2006 m35, with 70k miles on the trans started slipping in reverse only.. had fluid changed with nissan J style as factory recommended. drives fine drive and manual... also notice if trans is cold it will go into reverse with no problem but after it warms up it will slip in reverse like a 4 second hesitation with a burst of energy.... any suggestions?

any recommended transmission repair shops in north of Chicago area?

Call your local Infiniti and see if they can look into it, you may still be covered under the factory warranty on the transmission which is at 70k miles ...good luck, hopefully they wont say sorry "U just passed it".

As long as the scheduled maintenance has been performed the drive train should be covered for 7/100K.
