Take it to the dealer for service. They should be able to tell you what is wrong.

How many miles do you have on her? Are you the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd owner? How many miles have you had her? Have you had Infiniti flush your transmission? If so at what frequency?

2nd owner. I am at 66k and I haven't taken it to Infiniti yet. The car responds like I am on it harder than I am. It will rev up when I am just mildly trying to accelerate and takes longer than usual to rev back down

I've got the same problem. Dealer updated the transmission computer program. The update helped slightly but its not 100% and I can't be bothered battling the dealer to get it right.
make sure you have the latest flash update on the transmission.

Same problem here. The car has only 46K miles and still under factory warranty. It gets stuck on 2.5K rpm shifting from 1st to 2nd or when downshifting. It happens only when gliding down the road. Never took it to the dealer yet but will do in few weeks.

Another thing I noticed is when shifting from P to R, or to D, it gets very loud with clunking sound.
