Transmission removal 04 altima 2.5

Looking for info or shortcuts for removal of transmission on 04 altima
Looks like I would need to drop the subframe, which would involve separating exhaust, disconnecting the power steering rack, separating lower ball joints. How do the trans shops get these things out and in, in just a few hours! Do you guys leave the rack in car and unbolt from subframe or disconnect rack and lower with sub. Ok techs what's the deal? Can you haul that thing out from the top and make a fast job out of this?
