Was the S14 the 6 speed, I thought it was the S15 SR. Which offered a Nissan 6 speed, or the Spec R Nismo 6 speed.

Some people will say the Nissan 6 speed is weak. They did slim down the gears and made it fit in the 5 speed case. Where the Nismo spec R was not a modified 5 speed, but a full fledged 6 speed that's beefier.

But there is a member here who runs the Nissan 6 speed at 400+ horse, hasn't broken it yet like the myth will say you will at 300+ WHP.

But a S13/14 5 speed fits the S15 SR engine, so with that said the S15 6 speed fits the S13/14 SR motor.

Well is that tru?

Theres a autec s15 motor on ebay with a 6 speed transmission I don't care on what it can take on power right now. I'd like to get the whole set up but I dont' think they got a drive shaft. I'm defiantly on a budget so I'd like just use my 5 speed drive shaft until I did get a one piece plus finding the Yoke might be hard for something rare like that.

Plus it would nice if I did blow up the transmission to just simply switch the bell housing back to my 5 speed. But looking at the photos I doubt any of that is possible. The transmission looks 100x different. I just did a clutch so I got the 5 speed fresh on my memory. its a two piece instead of 3 piece housing.
