To be honest, the esiest way is with an inpact gun, i just see my mech doing it so easy, otherwise get a friend and have him put a fat flat head screw driver in between the flywheel and the black and with a breaker bar try to unbolted. I have done it a few times, take longer, but it usually works.

Use an impact or the breaker bar would work just fine. When you put the new one on I just tighten it like I'm putting on lug nuts and torque them to spec using red locktite.

If you have some chain laying around, put a bolt in one of the pressure plate holes with the chain on it, then bolt the other end of the chain to the eng block and torque away. Just make sure you have long enough threads in the block and flywheel before you really torque them on.
