Transmission Question....

I am stuck with this question right here fellas and ladies....... I have a 95' 240sx and what is going on with the transmission is that..... I turn on the car and then I can throw the car into gear WITHOUT stepping on the clutch and then the car will go about 1-2 mph after I rev it up to 6 rpms....... The clutch feels a little softer but that is it....Nothing else is wierd except the fluid that is leaking from the bottom of the car....Which is not a lot just minor, seeing that alll my fluids are still full I hope that there is no problems there but I think there is a problem there too. The liquid is clear.....So, if anyone can help me out on this question I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

it is a stock motor by the way....

I'd take it to the shop before both transmission and engine are gone. Seems like mechincal issue.

Looks like the clutch is shot.
