TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS NOT GOING PAST 3RD ECU CODE

Hi, so i recently had a problem with my fuel system that left me stranded, turned out to be the fuel pump control module. did the bypass and thats been working fine for me as a short term fix. now however, my car (automatic, twin turbo) doesnt seem to want to go past 3rd gear. im getting a code 34 and 32 which from what ive read here are the detonation sensor and the egr valve. i was wondering if these are the problems to my not being able to get past 3rd gear, or am i looking at something completely different?

i just purchased a new detonation sensor and plan on simply relocating it.
