transmission problem need help!!

hi guys my tanny has been givin me some trouble and ive been wondering myself for a long long time what could i do to have a new and better transmission? what kind of transmission swap would be better for the 240SX and if it has short pinions for short shifts its better?? can someone give me some advice??

If you say what you dislike about your transmission, then maybe the advice might be better. Changing transmission is radical IMO, so try a few simple things first.- Do you have a short shifter? The one for C`s is rumored to gr8.- What kind of clutch?- How is the clutch fluid?- How is the transmission fluid.

I am running a Mazworx Z32 kit, it is pretty nice.

the clutch is original evrything is original i checked the fluid level and it seems normal but the guy that sold me that car doesnt remember ever changing the fluid ever! but i dont know if thats the problem or whats the best transmission oil for yellow synchronicer, sorry for the bad english because some oils eat away the synchros. HELP!! and the other thing is my car has been drowning in gas and when i press the pedal i have to wait like 3 seconds or more for it to react and sometimes it back fires. man im so full of problems can you help me !!
