transmission possible problem

I'm starting to have a problem with my transmission. i have 95 240 manual with a lot of miles. actually the speed odometer stopped at 180XXX so i don't know what its at. i change the clutch out about a year ago and didn't have any problems at all till about 2 weeks ago. well any ways let me tell you what is going on. when the car is clod not warmed up it is very easy to drive. but once it get warm i have a hard time getting it in to first or reverse. i checked the fluid in the master cylinder and looked at the slave which is not leaking. i did let my cousin drive it when i was with him and he owns a HONDA. he drove it like one to. i know in his car he has to down shift to have it in the power band and figured mine did to. he ground 1st pretty good one time at about 10-15 mph. i talked to one guy that has had 5 or 6 240 and he said it sounds like syncros. let me know what you guys think if you can decipher my gibberish.

Sounds to me like there is no problem. 10-15mph is a little fast to put into 1st. Reverse is always hard, you usually have to roll back and inch and it will pop in quite easily. And BTW, checking the slave and master cylinder wasn't of much help, but ya know...
