Oaky heres my big problem. I'm very new to cars and I really dont know alot about them, but I am trying to learn. I jacked my car up and put a used transmission from pick-n-pull, and wanted to see if it worked. Well being my first time and all Igot the old one off and the new one on. Went to bleed the clutch and I got no pressure. Now I just read that there is a clutch damper box thingie that I have to bleed as well. But my question is, how does the clutch release fork go in? Iknow this sounds stupid but I dont know if the little thing it pivots on go between the spring or if the spring is supposed to sit on top of the little ball.

I know I looked at that already. It still didnt help. The little spring that goes in the fork, should that be resting on the ball and no part of the fork touching that ball, or should the fork rest on the ball with the spring around the ball holring it in. I just wanna make sure I didnt mess something else up. Like the clutch when I was getting the transmission back in.

No the clip holds the fork to the pivoting ball. Also make sure you actually put the fork behind the throw out bearing sleeve not in front (because that would do nothing).

Get someone to push the clutch and see if the slave is actually moving in the first place.
