Does anybody when to change the transmission oil on an 04 murano. I have people telling me different things - 60, 000 or 90, 000miles.

Accrding to Nissan, there is no preset time/mileage interval for replacing the CVT fluid. According to the Service Manual the dealer needs to hook up a diagnostic tool called CONSULT-II that will read your car's computer. Inside the computer is a program that utilizes an algorythm to determine wear on the fluid. If the wear number axceeds 210,000 then the fluid should be replaced. From the looks of it the fkuid should be good for at least 150,000 miles.
