Guys
I was wondering if there is a way to check transmission oil level on the infiniti q70?
I am experiencing some sluggishness at times and not sure if transmission oil level is good.
My car is a 2015 q70 with almost 81k miles.

Any recommendations? Software updates?

Thabks

No dipstick. According to the SM you have to use a charging pipe and pump, same as late model Nissan/Infiniti CVT's. SM says charge half a quart and see if it all comes back out, there's no "off lift" means to check it.

So this is the first time i drive the 7-speed transmission, i had the old 5 speed.
I am noticing some weird behavior sometimes where transmission gets sluggish or shifts abnormally during normal acceleration(very normal when kicking down)
Any ideas? Recommendations?

Some 7-8-9 speed trannies "hunt" a lot under part throttle conditions and can momentarily go "duh" when stomping it, it's kind of a generic issue with a lot of OEM's, not just Nissan/Infiniti. Good firmware can limit it very much. The '16~'17 Titans had a number of those issues when they first came out, so they went through a couple of firmware revisions. Nissan finally got it right and we no longer see those complaints. That may be the case with your Q as well. I'd visit the dealer and see if your TCM version is the latest, and if not, let them upgrade it.

There is no fix for the stupid transmission in this car. Many have complained. Mine seems to get worse with warmer temps.
