Transmission not working! Need help!

Basically I just got done with the whole auto to manual swap. The engine turns on but the transmission seems like its not working. It goes into gear but the car wont go. I level the clutch and all but the wheels dont want to turn. I shift gears without using the clutch to see if it will grind. (just testing to see if the engine knows its going into gear) It lets me go into gear without pushing on the clutch. Clutch has been bled and has firm pressure. Has new clutch. I was wondering if I did the wiring wrong? Plus the plug I took off the auto trans, the one that was held in with a bolt. Its a round plug thingy, what does it do and where do I put this on the manual trans? I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with that plug because it connects with the top plug switch at the passenger side fuses. Please help

if you can stick your car into gear while its idleing and the clutch is not pushed in then you have a mechanical problem with your clutch. no wiring problem will make the clutch not function.
