transmission noise/clutch?????

hi i have a 06 350z. I was running 6th and i accidentaly (stupid of me!!!)took it out w/o pressing the clutch.as soon as i did it i pressed the clutch right away and moved to 5th then 6th gear no problem. my problem is that everytime i backup from my drive way there is a rattling noise, is this normal?? when your backing up slowly? with what i did above did this affect my synchro?... im thingking of taking the car to the dealer on monday and have them checked it out.
