Transmission issues q40

Hi guys I'm new here and just wanted some advice. I have a 2015 q40 awd and it has about 61k miles on it. I had a shop just drain and fill the transmission last year around 50k miles. I did this because of the hard shifts I thought it would help and it did. But now when I go from using manual mode to regular auto shift it seems to jump or clunk afterwards. This is not constant its just once after it goes back into regular automatic. Not all the time but occasionally. Should I have done the transmission flush that the dealership recommends or is it something else? Thanks for any input in advance!
