I'm having a intermittent issue with my QX4.. kind of hard to explain but I'll try to be clear.Typicaly as with any automatic when you put it in park and take your foot of the brake the car should "rock back" slightly. My problem is when I put it in Park it seems as though it also stays in drive. What I mean by this is that It doesn't rock back like it should until you shut the car off then it makes a slight "clunk" and rocks back. Or sometimes if you idle long enough with it in park it will come out of drive and rock back. I'm not sure if this is a sensor problem or if the clutches in the transmission are going bad and draging. There are no warning lights on and it still shifts fine. Fluid is clean. 127,000 miles on it.

Does it creep forward while in drive, but not in park?
