transmission grinds sometimes. Need help

Hey guys. I have a s14 sr20 swap and sometime when I shift my transmisson grinds. This only shift to 4th and 5 gear. It doesnt do this all the time.I make sure i have the clunch in all the way and it grinds. Especially when I try to shift fast. It does this somtimes to 3rd gear but mostly 4th and 5th

Sounds like the syncros are worn, would require tearing the transmission apart to replace...in the mean time, try double clutching to save additional damage....
