I just changed the transmission fluid on my 2012 titan. Can't seem to find an answer on you tube on the correct way to check the fluid level. Engine running or not? Can anyone help?

FSM says check it at operating temp with engine idling in Park on a level surface.

NOTE: Trans level is very, very temperature-dependent. Check it a few times as it warms up and you'll see what I mean.

BTW, you can get the manual here; nissanservicemanual.com

Thanks for the quick reply. I may have overfilled it, so I need to make sure I check it correctly.
