Transmission fluid and rear diff.

about to do my flushes and was wondering what kind i should use for my trans fluid and rear differential fluids.

i know the rear diff takes 2 quarts...im looking at 75W-90 Long Life Synthetic Gear Lube (amsoil)

and for the transmission im looking at amsoil Synthetic Universal Transmission Fluid..but i dont know how many quarts...

im just a normal driver..dont really put the pedal to the metal...although occasionally i do...and i would like to know how many quarts of the rear diff if the 2 qts. isnt right and how many quarts of the trans fluid..and also the torques for the fill plugs and drain plugs.

Same question here on the transmission fluid..owners manual doesnt say how much for a change with filter ???

I think a drain and refill on the transmission is 4 quarts.

I don't think there is an external transmission filter on these cars.
