Feels like my transmission isnt shifting down responsively as it used to. Sometimes doesn't shift down at all if i floor it form from a rolling start. Just wondering if there is an adjustment i can do myself? Suggestions? Thanks.

Are there any CELs?
Sometimes when the TPS starts to go out, you can run into that issue. I'd suggest testing that first.

Thanks, i adjusted that not too long ago. It was set correctly running at idle i believe, but how do i know if it's malfunctioning? There are no codes.

If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to check either voltage or resistance at idle.
I think the Factory Service Manual has a procedure on how to check it.
