I am looking at a car with a broken one but cannot find anything, has anyone elses broke? Does anyone have a part number

My plastic yellow top broke off (94QA) just got a new one from Joe at about $20 shipped......they had to order it but even so it still got here in about 5 days. Do not need a part number just call Joe.
