Transmission/clutch question

Im about to install a Spec Stage 2 clutch kit in my 240SX. Ive seen posts about this one part in the transmission that looks kind of like a tow ball or something... its internal. I cant remember the name of the part, any help? I want to research it to see if I need to replace it or not.

It's usually called a clutch pivot ball or fork pivot. I've heard of them breaking off/shearing with hard use and I believe NISMO makes an upgraded one.
