Transmission/Clutch Question

Car: 1990 240sx coupe

I have an 1991 Nissan 240sx coupe w/ sr20 redtop, exedy stage 1 clutch setup with about 1500 miles on it. When I'm in the car by myself the clutch does pretty good and holds well even at full throttle. But, when my friend is in the car with me ( he weighs about 200) the clutch will slip at like a little over half throttle. I was wondering what you guys thought. Is it the clutch shi**y or the flywheel, or what?

Did you break in the clutch properly? made sure there wasn't any grease or oil on the clutch or pressure plate when installed?
