Transmission clicking?

I replaced the clutch about 2 weeks ago and i just started to hear a clicking noise coming from the transmission. I dont know if it was from the clutch or if it was from something else. Please let me know if anybody else has had this problem!

It does it in first and second and then it may do it in 3rd 4th and 5th but i probably cant hear it because my exhaust is loud. So i have no idea what the problem is??????/

Well i will once i fix the engine problem first...
