Hello marctronixx,
thank you for your answer.
I know: In the USA and also Germany it would be the normal way to give back the car to the shop which caused the trouble...
BUT: Here is Africa. I don't trust this shop any more and would not like to give them this high tech wonder again.
First of all: They explained to me that they don't work themselves on automatic transmissions

???
Then they brought the car to a sub-company/contractor, who is working under conditions you probably can't imagine. This is Stone Age in the year 2014.
The shop itself doesn't even have a diagnostic device.
If you could see how they repair cars over here, you would cry or at least shake your head, not to talk about maintenance, which I think is an absolute exception over here.
I have a good lawyer here and will take the shop (Japan Motors, Nissan Department to court).
The only chance I will have to get back this car on the road again is to help myself, after I won the process, which I will.
I will buy a diagnosis device and a car lifter and will maintain/repair my car in the future by myself in the big garage of the house I'm going to build.
In Germany I bought a BMW K 1150 LTD Motorcycle used, had some problems with it and took it apart, replaced the broken parts and reassembled it, with the help of some people of the BMW K Forum - and learned a lot. (It's running perfectly again.)
Also I have found another German who is very experienced in repairing cars. We will work together and will try to help other high tech car owners here in Ghana.
But from time to time I might have a question and will post it in this Forum.
I sure would be very grateful for sending me (workshop) repair manuals on CD/DVD and will sure pay the arising costs ahead. (Who knows the "speed" of the African network, will understand me.)
With kindly regards.
Henry
