Redline MT90 (among the best) or if you're feeling baller and want spend a bit more doh, get Amsoil (the best). We have a dealer or two on this site, check them out.

Probably the best available for our gl-4 applications.

By the way, you won't ever be able to shift to 1st while moving unless you grind. It doesn't have a synchronizer so the gear teeth won't match up easily at high speed. Most every standard transmission is like this on any car.

I would go with Amsoil as well, or Royal Purple.

All of the standards i've driven i can get it into first with the car moving. Granted im not moving 30 mph put 1 or 2 it slips in no problem

I use royal purple and am very happy with it's quality... 75-90 is what I used. If you can afford it though get ams-oil. I only use royal because its readily availible.

Coastal 75w90. Its cheaper than Windex, just like s-chassis transmissions.

Give me a break dude. I type 1 phrase (high speed) wrong and someone has to say hey I can get it in while moving!

Well yes I can too . The point is it won't be easy most of the time and it's not easy because there's no SYNCHRO.

Also I would advise against royal purple synchromax because it's made for gl-5.

I use the maxgear by royal purple with penzoil synchromesh added into it because it failed the copper wear test that I read, but then the test was conducted by amsoil.I want amsoil next haha.
