Hi,

I'm having lots of valuable information from this forum. Thanks a lot everybody for sharing your information.
Here is the quick and simple question.
Where can I find the drain and fill holes for the transfer case fluid change for my 08 G35x?
I actually have been watching this post for the front/rear diff fluid changes.
http://www.myg37.com/forums/d-i-y-insta ... a8f5be62fc
He is also showing how to change the transfer case fluid but the problem is that I cannot find the transfer case.
Can anybody show where it is?

Thanks a lot Joe, However, I have it as well. May be I didn't pay attention to the FSM closely enough but couldn't find the one I need.

make sure you use Matic S instead of the the old matic J fluid for the transfer case. you only need one bottle of matic S, as i just changed mine some months ago. your nissan or infiniti dealer will have it. changing this fluid is easier than an engine oil change in my opinon. since you under there, you might as well change your front and rear diff fluilds with sythetic gear oil also; as its the same process as the transfer case.

Have fun!!!

its right on the end of the tranmission...

trace the rear drive shaft from the rear wheels to the tranmission, its silver and sits more over to the passenger side of the car. you will see a front drive shaft comming from it on the passenger side of the car.
