Hello Experts!!

Went to the Gas Station on Friday to do State Inspection and Emissions (Virginia Law) and the tech guy that was doing the State Inspection brought to my attention that my rear transaxle fluid is leaking, he pointed it out to me and I clearly saw the rear transaxle wet. Told me that was not part of the inspection but wanted to bring it to my attention so that I can fix.

So back to you guys, what causes these leaks? How do I repair this? Please let me know.

Just because there's fluid on your pumpkin doesn't mean it's leaking.

Mine looks that way as well, though it's due to the two times i blew the transmission seal.

Take it to a real mechanic and have them check it out top to bottom.
