Trans/x case/diff fluid

Sorry but I searched and didn't come up with what I was looking for. I know its on here becauuse I have seen it before, but the home computer fried last night and its on a word doc I created with things I need to do for this car. I have 46k on my 07 g35x and I NEED to do the fluids asap. If some one can point me out where it is listed on this site or break it down for me that would be great. The oil has been changed every 3-4k because its only takes me 15 minutes. To do the trans, transfer case and rear diff is a little more time consuming and I have just put it off long enough. Its getting cold in the North East and I do not want to do it any colder! Thanks for any help.

Thanks. Do people always use factory fluids or does anyone recommend anything?

Trans - Nissan J Matic I believe ( I stay stock for this)

Engine - Royal Purple 10-30. 5-30 in Winter. (Lots of people use this or Mobile 1) I would use a good synthetic

Differential - I use Royal Purple 75-90.

Engine oil normally 3k-5k. The manual says 3750 miles.

Differetial Fluid & AT fluid - The manual says to inspect every 15K miles and change when necessary. For me I do the ATF ~30K and the Diff every ~50K miles.
