Can you use a Nissan car 5spd in the z24 or 90 620 pu? Can't find much here in trucks , but plenty of cars circa 85-95.

I hate to burst your bubble, there is no such thing as a Nissan Z24 anything. You may have a KA24 in the truck but Nissan has never designated anything Z except for an actual Z car. Meaning 350Z, 300ZX, 280Z, 240Z, etc.
