I have a 91' 240sx automatic. Can I install a 300zx auto trans in my vehicle?

Yep.

But you'll probably, as a bare minimum, have to swap the bellhousings around.

There will probably additional things as well, but I tend to swap auto's to manuals, not auto's to auto's.
