trans swap on 95(Driveshaft)

I have been looking at this site for over a year now and finally decided to make an account. Anyway I have a 1995 nissan 240sx and I’m a couple of months to about a year away from my autotragic to manual transmission swap. I have a question about the drive shaft. I have been looking around lately and seen some sites have the one piece drive shaft. Is that a good buy or what? The reason I’m asking is because I would like to know if it would interfere with the LSD. I do not know if I have LSD or not (will find out later. And if I don’t I’ll just find the VSLD somewhere) but just wondering if it will be alright. I don’t really plan on drifting anytime soon but would like my car in top shape, with all the bells and whistles. Excuse my ignorance for I am young, and wish my first car can stay with me for as long as possible.
