How can I bolt up a 1990 240 5speed trans to to 72 Datsun510.it has a 4speed the motor is a l16.

dont know for sure, i would assume an adapter bell housing would be required.

Take a look at the 5sp tranny in the 77 and 78 280Z. It is a straight bolt in (almost).

how about what trans can bolt up to a VH45De 1990. for now I would like to use my 5speed from my 1990 240 and eventually have it rebuilt. Anyone know of a company that makes custom bell housings.
