Trans oil change and some other stuff

Ok, I followed someone's instructions here on the forums to change my trans and diff oil. I used a gl-4 rated 80w90 oil.

Here's a picture of the trans drain plug:



How much time do you think it has left? I found some small chunks on the magnet.

Also, here's a picture of the plugs I took off the car in order leftmost plug being the front of the car. Does this say anything about my engine status?

transmission is fine, thats normal sorta

the plugs are just old, the 3rd one may be a bit fouled
