300z na the trans whines like the pump is starved for fluid.Fluid looks newcar drives about 1000 yards then goes to neutral.Let it set it goes again?Any Ideas fluid is at proper level

Droped the pan and found the filter was cloged possable sabtoge by former owners EX.runs and shifts great!
