trans mount

Has anyone had to replace the trans mount? I hit a pothole up in stupid michigan, and it was a hard hit. Now when I come to stop at a light with my foot on the brake I keep getting a loud rattle and the whole car shakes. If I put the car in neutral it runs smooth as silk. I have come to the conclusion that I may have broken my trans mount. the other engine mounts are ok and not broken. But does anyone know how to get to the trans mount
