i have an sr redtop trans in my car. it has started leaking from the rear seal. i just wanted to know i can use a ka24 trans seal to replace it?

As far as I know yes. It shouldn't take more than 30 min. OEM seal already has grease inside, so all you need is remove driveshaft, pop out the seal and tab the new one in. Good thing that it's not front.

If you cannot find the right seal, Just put a caliper on the ID of the trans and the OD of the driveshaft, Get those dementions and any NAPA parts store can find you the correct seal.

Thats how I got one for my rb25.
