Alright, I searched, Read that 75-90 is the stuff to get, in GL4 is the stuff to get. Now the store i went to Had 75-90 but it says meets API GL-4 and GL-5,MT-1 and Military MIL-L-210se Specs. Should i use this? This is seriously the only stuff around here.

Look and see if it says its safe for yellow metals. It can be hard to find the good stuff local... I used a mix of syncromesh and costal 75w-90 for a while. worked fine. coastal is true proper gl-4(I think).

I highly recommend just buying some redline 75w90 and MTL and doing a 50/50 mix on it. I had a 2nd gear syncro problem when cold, its all gone now.

i like the redline brand myself..the shockproof stuff..cant go wrong with it as i do plenty of clutch kiks and hard down shifts to break tires loose when i slide..

Wicked, I'll be going to a local speed shop Tuesday and getting the proper stuff.
