So yesterday i did a power launch, clutch slipped, then another one that grabbed ok, then like 500 mts ahead i brake to enter my house and it wouldnt shift in 1st, making a grinding sound, it went in once by force and made some nasty tin can in a box sound... moved it and parked, bleed the clutch pedal, when the engine is off the transmission shifts fine, but when its on it wont, clutch pedal to the floor and it wont shift grinds.

When the engine is off i try putting first then starting the engine and the car moves and the clutch pedal was to the floor and the slave cylinder was moving fine when they pressed the pedal.. and also now when the engine is on the brake pedal is hard as hell

So what could it be???? i had been having problems with the clutch pedal losing pressure then i had to pump it a lil to get pressure again and able to shift, but then i took off the clutch pedal free play, i screwed the adjust screw in and eliminated the pedal`s free play...

Could it be the clutch totally worn out? slave seems to move fine.... but when starting the engine the car moves if its in first.....

So what could it be

rofl Damn im gonna test my car today, it cant be the clutch since when its off and i try to start it it moves inch by inch forward pretty fine, could it be the pressure plate teeths? throwout bearing? (it was new and i put it just fie with the fork and all grabbing on the nipple with the clip)

oh man this sucks i dont wanna dismount again all taht thats a 3rd time :@ also i think when a gear was engaged forcefully when the engine was on, the car did a weird noise like some metal in a tin can or something, dont know... ill test out today and tell u tonight

HELP! i hope i just bleed and everything gets well again :P

? W3ird yep :P

Well in my case yesterday i tried bleeding the system...... NO pedal return pressure, very very light pressure, the slave was moving just fine, all the way in and out, but no real pressure, just very lightly

also when i was pressing the pedal i could hear something popping out like half way flooring the pedal, every time i tried to floor it like 2 metals clashing or something.....

I put my 2 cents on my pressure plate and TO bearing....

For documentation, i just dismounted my transmission (all alone in 40 mins :D Yay personal record) and found lots of feather like things, or what u would call my "clutch" so tomorrow ill take it out (since i didnt i didnt wanted 150 lbs in my chest falling down) but i saw my problem..... Stock clutch, novice manual driver, crazy stupid stuff on a stock clutch = wasted time, energy, money, blalblablalbla

Sounds like bad master cylinder or slave. Look on the driver floorboard under the clutch pedal for fluid leak, or leak under the rubber of the slave.

Best to replace both master/slave, as they are hella cheap.
